I don’t keep a strictly kosher home but I do like to buy kosher meat. It’s the salt…it’s the taste. Whatever. Empire chickens (“parts is parts”) and Meal Mart ground beef are what you’ll find in the freezer. On a recent foray through Times Square, I went down into Guitar Center thinking it’d be fun to buy a pair of drumsticks to have around to bang on things, couch cushions and my kosher thighs mainly. Little did I know that Guitar Center also has what I can best describe as kosher drumsticks! Bang away!
